“ Historic restaurant right at Chinchón's main square. The food is traditional and of exceptional quality. We had the lamb, which was succulent and delicious. The fried spring garlic ("ajetes") a must as well. Even the desserts are great, especially the cheesecake. Not cheap, but worth it. ”

An amazing view from the balcony across the plaza and very romantic personal setting. The service we've experienced from Adrian has been the highlight though. He speaks great English which is helpful for us not speaking Spanish and is always so personable and welcoming. They also have an English version of the menu if you request it. Will definitely be going back during our time living in Chinchon.???????? ”
